Meet Rachel

Thank you for being here!

Seeking a therapist can be a very daunting task because of the “alphabet soup” after everyone’s names. The letters all mean different things and there are many options for the different types of therapy. If all of this confuses you,  I’m glad you’re here! I will help you understand the process work through the things in your life that are overwhelming you.

My practice recognizes that therapy is NOT a “one size fits all” approach. Your story is unique and requires attention to detail. Together, we will create interventions and a plan with your goals at the center. You are the expert in your life, and I’m here to assist you with learning more about yourself.  It is my job to make you feel as comfortable as possible in treatment, whether by telehealth or in the office.

My practice focuses on the following areas:

  • Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  • Anxiety
  • Self-esteem and confidence
  • LGBTQIA+/Gender identity
  • Relationships and boundaries
  • Behavior issues
  • Life transitions
If you are experiencing something that is NOT on this list, I would still love to hear about it, and we can work together to find the best person to help you.

I love being a part of the therapeutic process. Seeing change happen before my eyes is magical. It lights me up inside to hear stories from clients about their life-changing “a-ha!” moments! The feeling of satisfaction from knowing that I have helped someone transform their life and create lasting change is unbeatable. It makes me proud of the work I do, and it makes me feel very fortunate to be able to do it every day.
