I’m Rachel!
hello!Hi, I’m Rachel Kalina, LCSW. I help teens and adults with ADHD and executive function challenges move from overwhelm and self-doubt to clarity, confidence, and follow through. I also support clients navigating anxiety and depression, especially when they layer on top of ADHD and make everything feel heavier. My approach is practical and steady. We focus on developing real tools that provide real solutions. Together, we will build coping strategies and systems that fit your brain (and lifestyle) so you can finally FEEL IN CONTROL again, and learn to TRUST yourself again.

ADHD Therapy
Managing emotions, increasing motivation, and addressing the patterns that leave you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and exhausted are the foundation of this work. With guidance and structure, you will build tools that help you move from “I’m stuck” to “I can do this.”
Anxiety Therapy
Anxiety often shows up as fear of the unknown — the constant “what if” that makes it hard for your mind to settle. Over time, you will develop practical coping strategies that help you break the “what if” cycle and respond with more clarity.
Depression
Depression can look like not wanting to get out of bed. Just thinking about getting up feels emotionally and physically exhausting. Therapy will help you develop practical strategies that make getting up and moving forward feel more possible.
I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL, I’VE BEEN THERE.
And that’s my why. It’s comforting to know you have someone in your corner that can help you navigate your emotions and guide you in a direction that feels more productive and positive.
