Session Fees

$180 – Individual Therapy
45-55 minutes

*This time is reserved specifically for you. You may use as much or as little of it as you would like during your allotted session, however the fee will remain the same.*

Insurance Benefits

In Network

I accept United Healthcare/Optum and Aetna insurance policies (and their subsidiaries). If you choose to utilize your insurance benefits, it is your responsibility to make sure all insurance benefit information is correct prior to starting services. 

Out of Network

If you would like to be reimbursed for your visits, please feel free to request a superbill (receipt) on the first of each month. Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements are made in advance.

*All insurance benefit checks and claims are filed through Alma (helloalma.com). This is a third party billing service that makes life easier for you and for me. ** You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not utilizing insurance benefits an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. This includes costs for diagnostic testing, services rendered, and any other costs associated with your care from this specific provider. I will give you a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) in writing before your appointment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your GFE, you can dispute the bill.
